Jody has successfully started and built small businesses in a variety of industries. She has successfully sold the first computer management systems for hair salons. She has assisted well known hotel companies convert and re-open some of the finest properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has built and sold a promotional products company (Logo-Motion Concepts), helped hundreds of Realtors® and real estate organizations develop effective marketing strategies, and she is one of the founders of JAZZ Business Consulting, Inc. Jody achieved much of this as a single mom while winning the battle against stage II breast cancer in 2005 and 2006. She is an "overcomer."

As an alumna of California State University, Chico, Jody graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in business administration with a focus in management and psychology. She is currently working toward her management consulting certification (fewer than 1% of all consultants hold this prestigious certification).
