Constructive candor: High-performance teams are made up of members who are willing to hold each other accountable. Your team will learn to engage in this competitive-edge practice.
Avoiding artificial harmony- getting to the heart of the matter. Your team will learn to communicate in a way that addresses vital issues of concern. Leaders will then receive the most pertinent information when making key decisions.
You'll end the session by putting all of the new skills together to establish the main focus or rally cry for the year to come, complete with roles, responsibilities and deadlines. The retreat also comes with three months of consultant
